Swimming pool refurbishment in a unique enclave
Refurbishment by our construction company with the aim of modernising the exterior of the house so that the pool visually merges with the sea, giving the sensation of being an extension of it and not breaking with the aesthetics of the surroundings. It has a 2-year guarantee on the installation equipment and a 10-year guarantee on the pool shell.
Characteristics and transformation of the pool
For this visual adaptation, our team decided to replace the walls surrounding the pool with glass railings to allow a better view of the horizon. The Gresite of the best brands on the market was also renewed to improve the waterproofing and continue the chromatic tonality.
During the construction of the pool, an automatic cover and heat pumps were incorporated to heat the pool during the winter months. The marble coping was replaced by porcelain flooring which, together with the incorporation of the infinity edge, has succeeded in blending in with the surroundings.
